- Financial Information: We use Paystack for payments. Lodge does not store your full card details or CVV; these are handled securely by Paystack in compliance with PCI DSS standards.
- Location: We collect location data to show you hostels near your specific school.
2. How We Use Your Data
- To facilitate the connection between Students and Agents.
- To process payments and prevent fraud.
- To comply with the Nigeria Data Protection Act (NDPA).
3. Data Sharing
We do not sell your data. We share necessary information with Agents booking purposes and with Paystack for payment processing. We may also share data to comply with legal obligations.
4. User Conduct
You must provide accurate information in your profile. Directly bypassing the app to pay an Agent found via Lodge is a violation of these terms and will result in account suspension.
5. Data Security
We use industry-standard encryption to protect your data. However, no method of transmission over the internet is 100% secure
